These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Byteknows LLC ("Byteknows," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("user," "you"). By visiting our website ("Site"), logging into the services, or using the Moneyknows application ("App") and any associated software ("Software") (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

The Services provide financial research and portfolio management tools. We analyze publicly available financial information from third-party analysts and bloggers regarding publicly traded stocks and financial commodities using proprietary algorithms.

Opinions expressed by third-party analysts and bloggers are their own. Byteknows does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Services.

2. License to Use the Services

2.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or using our Services and update it as necessary.

3. Limitation on Use

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions, you

• Do not sell, license (or sub-license), lease, assign, transfer, pledge, or share any of your rights under these Terms in relation to our Site, App, or Services
• Do not transfer, distribute, scrape, or copy all or any part of the Site, App, and/or Services without permission
• Do not use the Site, App, or Services for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use
• Do not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use the Site, App, or Services for any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities
• Do not use our Site, App, or Services in an unlawful or fraudulent manner, or for purposes like collecting personally identifiable information, or impersonating other users
• Do not alter or misuse our copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices, or interfere with the security features of the Site, App, or Services
• Do not manipulate, distort, or undermine the integrity of any content (including rankings displayed through our Software), or take any actions that disrupt or damage any part of the Site, App, or Services
• Do not use the Site, App, or Services to send, receive, upload, post, or download any material that does not meet our content standards
• Do not use the Site, App, or Services to transmit or facilitate the transmission of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Do not use the Site, App, or Services to transmit any data, or upload any data that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any harmful programs designed to affect the operation of any computer software or hardware
• Do not copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any portion of the Site, App, or Services (including, without limitation, the Software), or attempt to discover the source code or create derivative works from it
• Do not attempt to bypass or circumvent any technical restrictions or limitations in place on the Site, App, or Services
• Do not use robots, spiders, or other automatic devices, or manual processes to monitor or copy content from the Site, App, or Services, or use network-monitoring software to extract information or usage data
• Do not access or scrape the Site, App, or Services without proper registration, or use any content or information from the Site for purposes other than those permitted above
• Do not engage in behavior that restricts or inhibits other users from enjoying or using the Site, App, or Services
• Do not use the Site, App, or Services for any commercial purpose, or in connection with any commercial activity, without obtaining prior written consent from us
• Do not modify any rankings or content in any way. If reproducing any part of the data, ensure that the layout and content remain as displayed on the Services. Reordering or combining data for supplementary analyses is not allowed without prior written permission and full disclosure of your intentions

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your Moneyknows account and associated data through the App’s account deletion feature.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane, Washington.
